Planning Your Golf Holiday

From booking to teeing off, we’ll handle all the details so you can focus on your swing.

For peak season (November-March), we recommend booking at least 2-3 months ahead to secure your preferred courses and tee times. For low season, 3-4 weeks is usually sufficient. However, for larger groups (8+ players) or special events, booking earlier is always better.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. A 20% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. All payments are processed securely through our verified payment partners.

Yes, we can arrange golf-only bookings or accommodation-only stays. However, our package deals often offer better value, and you’ll still get our full support service during your stay.

Our standard packages include green fees, caddy fees, golf cart, hotel accommodation, breakfast, and all transfers (airport and golf course). Additional services like club rental, spa treatments, or extra activities can be added. All package inclusions are clearly listed upon booking.

Yes, we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. Full refunds are available if cancelled 30+ days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before arrival. Within 14 days, please contact us to discuss options – we’ll always try to be flexible where possible.

Getting Here & Getting Around

Smooth transfers, reliable drivers, and local know-how to keep your trip hassle-free.

Yes, all our packages include private airport transfers. We’ll monitor your flight and have a driver waiting at arrivals with a name board. For flight delays or changes, we’re available 24/7 by WhatsApp.

We provide private air-conditioned vans with experienced drivers who know all the courses. Your driver will collect you from your hotel with plenty of time to make your tee time, considering Bangkok traffic too.

Many nationalities receive 30 days visa-free on arrival. Others may need to apply in advance. We’ll advise you on requirements when booking. Always ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity.

Most Thai courses have excellent drainage and light rain rarely stops play. If there’s heavy rain, we can usually arrange an alternative tee time or course. We’ll always have a backup plan ready.

For Bangkok courses, Suvarnabhumi (BKK) is the main international airport. Don Mueang (DMK) handles many regional flights. For Phuket or Pattaya golf trips, we can advise on the best flight options for your itinerary.

On The Course

Everything you need to know about golfing Thai-style – from dress codes to our amazing caddies.

Smart golfing attire is required: collared shirts, golf shorts or trousers, and proper golf shoes. No denim, t-shirts, or training shoes. Some clubhouses have stricter dress codes for dining areas.

Quality rental clubs (Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway) are available at most courses. Book in advance through us for better rates and guaranteed availability. Many clients find renting convenient for short trips.

Yes, we can arrange lessons with PGA professionals at several courses. One-off lessons or multi-day packages are available. Let us know your requirements when booking.

Yes, caddies are mandatory at Thai courses and included in our packages. They’re highly experienced, know the courses well, and handle your clubs, scoring, and provide course guidance. Tipping (300-500 baht) is customary for good service.

November to March offers the most reliable weather with lower humidity. However, golf is year-round here. Green fees are lower from April to October, and morning tee times can mean avoiding any afternoon showers.
